CogniMary reviews, and what they are worth

This site publishes no verified customer reviews. It publishes the seller's figures as the seller's figures, and then audits them.

Last updated September 22, 2026By CogniMary Editorial DeskReading time 8 min

Quick answer

The seller published a 4.5 out of 5 score from 1,203 written reviews against 6,400 orders, with 86% recommending. Those are the seller's figures and this site cannot verify any of them.

Of the eight individual entries supplied, five share wording word for word and two more share a second identical sentence. No review or rating schema is emitted anywhere on this site.

The seller also reports that most buyers waited three to six weeks before judging it, that the most-ordered pack is three bottles, that what customers liked was the daily serving and the length of the money-back window, and that what they disliked was a slow start and wanting more in week one.

We have no way to check any of that. We have not seen the review platform, the collection method, the sample or a single verified order behind a single quote.

What we can check

The audit

What we can check is the eight individual entries we were given, because text is text.

The eight entries we were given, auditedFive of the eight share wording word for word. That is not what eight independent customers produce.
Ray F., 50, Scottsdale AZ3★ · 3 bottles · day 44“Wanted a faster change. Called the desk. Stopped at two.”Wording repeated 2×

Five of the eight carry the same sentence: “Daily habit stuck. Reordered before the last bottle.” Two more share “Wanted a faster change. Called the desk. Stopped at two.” Between them, seven of the eight entries use one of two sentences.

What that pattern means

Independent customers do not write the same sentence. People who have actually taken something describe it differently: the size of the capsule, how long delivery took, what they noticed and when.

Copy that repeats exactly across entries is consistent with placeholder text — layout filler written once and pasted into a template. We are not accusing anyone of fabricating customers; we are saying this material does not read like customers, and we will not publish it as though it does.

The decision

What we are not doing, and what it costs

The decision on this page has consequences, and it would be dishonest to pretend it is free.

No star rating in search results

No AggregateRating schema is emitted anywhere on this site, so no star rating from us will appear next to a search result. Competitors will have them. We will not.

A real cost

No social proof on the page

Nothing here says “join 6,400 customers”. That is the single most effective line in this category and it is absent on purpose.

A real cost

Nothing to retract later

A site that publishes verified reviews and a site that publishes filler look identical until someone checks. Only one of them survives the check.

The reason

A page a buyer can trust

If we will not dress up eight duplicated sentences as customer voices, the rest of the site is more believable too.

The trade

The standard

What we would publish, if we had it

This is not a position against reviews. It is a position against publishing review copy we cannot stand behind. Four conditions would clear the bar.

  • A real customer, verifiably attached to a real order. Not a first name and a city, which is what supplied copy usually amounts to.
  • Written by them, not for them. Five identical sentences is the test this set fails.
  • Published unedited, including the unflattering ones. A review page with no three-star reviews on it is not a review page.
  • Collected through a route the seller does not control, so the sample is not chosen by the person it flatters.

Until a set of reviews meets those four conditions, this page stays as it is. If the seller can supply verified reviews later, they go up, and the audit stays on the page alongside them.

Transferable

How to read reviews on any supplement site

Since we are not giving you reviews, here is something more useful: a short method for reading everybody else's.

Look at the distribution, not the average
A genuine product with hundreds of reviews has a spread. An unbroken wall of five stars is a filtered sample, not a happy customer base.
Read the three-star ones first
They are the most informative reviews on any page, because a three-star reviewer has no reason to perform either enthusiasm or outrage.
Check whether the reviews describe the product
Genuine reviews mention the size of the capsule, the smell, how long delivery took. Fabricated ones describe feelings and outcomes only.
Check the dates
Forty reviews inside one week and nothing either side is a campaign, not a customer base.
Check for repeated sentences
The test we applied above. Open two reviews at random and compare the phrasing. It takes ten seconds and it is remarkably revealing.

Apply that across this category and it will save you more money than any single product page will, including this one.

An open invitation

If you have taken it, tell us

We would genuinely rather publish real experiences than none, including unflattering ones.

  1. Email [email protected] with “review” in the subject line.
  2. Tell us how long you took it, which pack you bought, and what you noticed or did not.
  3. Say whether we may publish your first name and state, or whether you would rather be anonymous. Either is fine.
  4. We will not edit the substance of what you write. If we publish it, we publish it as written, including the parts that do not suit us.

If enough of those arrive to make a sample worth publishing, this page will change and it will say when and how the reviews were collected.

How this happens

Why review copy gets duplicated

It is worth explaining the mechanism, because the most likely explanation is not that somebody sat down to deceive anybody.

  1. A site template is built with placeholder reviews so the layout can be designed before real content exists. This is normal practice.
  2. The placeholder text is written once and repeated across every card, because its job is to fill space.
  3. The site is handed over with a note that the reviews are layout copy.
  4. Somewhere between that note and publication, the note gets lost.
  5. The placeholder ships as though it were testimony.

That sequence explains duplicated sentences far better than fraud does, and it is why this page describes what the material is rather than accusing anyone of anything.

It also explains why the material has to stay unpublished. Placeholder text that reached a live page is still placeholder text, whatever the intention was.

Taking them at face value

What the seller's own numbers suggest, if true

Set aside the audit for a moment and read the figures as though they were verified. They would still be interesting.

  • 1,203 written reviews from 6,400 orders would be a response rate of about 19%, which is high for this category.
  • 86% recommending against a 4.5 average is internally consistent with the 5-and-4-star share of 87%.
  • “Most wait three to six weeks” matches the trial durations behind the better-supported ingredients better than most marketing does.
  • The stated dislike is “slow start”, which is what this site's own timeline page predicts.

None of that makes the figures verified. It does mean they are not internally absurd, and a fair reading notes that as well as the duplicated quotes.

The whole page

In short

The seller's figures are published here as the seller's figures. Five of the eight supplied quotes share one sentence and two more share another. No verified review appears on this site and no rating schema is emitted anywhere on it, which costs us stars in search results and is the right trade.
